Bio

I am an Interaction Design masters student at Umeå Institute of Design in Sweden – around 200km from the Arctic Circle. I grew up in Zurich and am both Swiss and British. Before studying, I worked for 5 years as an Interaction Designer / Software Engineer / Research Assistant at the Institute for Software. I also hold a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Applied Science Rapperswil. Currently I am on a study break to intern at design companies across the globe.

Being a designer allows me to learn something new every day. Being a designer allows me to work with people much smarter than me. Being a designer allows me to look at difficult problems in new ways. I love finding out how things are made and seeing how people interact with them. And I cherish that feeling of comfort when you realise that someone somewhere truly thought of you during the design process.
